Instructional Coaching


We believe that instructional improvement is a result of deliberate practice with effective feedback.  As a result, we offer support to instructional coaches in designing an effective school-based coaching program, observing and providing feedback for instruction, enhancing instructional planning, and using data reflection skills for individuals and teams. 


A special emphasis is on the neuroscience of coaching and how to develop the trust necessary to coach and provide feedback necessary for growth.    

Student Engagement


We believe that all teachers should possess a wide repertoire of teaching techniques that are designed to engage ALL students in learning. 


We provide on-site professional development including structures so that teachers can transfer these skills into their own classrooms.  Be an equal opportunity teacher!

Teacher Clarity


We believe that when teachers are clear on their expectations of high-quality academic student work and effectively communicate these to students, achievement increases.  We help teams of teachers design student work that aligns with the cognitive complexity of the standards they teach. 


Focus is on dissecting standards to gain a more in-depth understanding of what students are expected to do, identifying or designing rubrics depicting various levels of achievement, creating visual representations of expectations, and designing performance tracking systems so students can monitor their growth.

Potential Administrators


We believe that school leaders need different types of support at different stages of their development. 

To accommodate this need, we offer a variety of leadership academies to support teacher leaders, potential school administrators, new assistant principals, potential principals and new principals. 

Each academy is specifically designed to include the appropriate knowledge at each level with a special emphasis on helping leaders apply these skills in their schools.
